Top 4 star hotel with over 250 rooms in Oxfordshire requires a Sous Chef with previous experience to join their busy kitchen team of 6. This busy hotel caters for high volume conference & banqueting events and functions, so previous high volume experience and the ability cope under pressure is required. You will be standards driven, have food related qualifications, previous sous chef experience in hotels and be motivated for this excellent opportunity to join a top hotel.
